2. Our products
We sell digital parenting guides and printables in PDF format. Product pages describe what each one includes. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Any taxes that apply in your country are calculated at checkout.
3. Your licence
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own family's use. You may not share, resell, upload, distribute or use the files for commercial purposes, including in classes, groups or paid services, without our written permission.
4. Educational content only
Little Wins guides are educational resources based on widely accepted positive-parenting principles. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice and do not replace a pediatrician, psychologist or other qualified professional. If you are worried about your child's health, development or behavior, please talk to one. Every child is different, and we do not guarantee specific results.
5. Our narrator
Mia, the narrator of our guides, is a fictional character created by the Little Wins team and inspired by real parents. In our videos she is shown as an AI avatar.
6. Delivery and refunds
Delivery and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including text, illustrations, designs and the Little Wins name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
