Refund policy

Digital products

All Little Wins products are digital downloads (PDF files). Because they are delivered instantly and can't be "returned", we don't offer refunds for change of mind once a file has been delivered or downloaded, except in the cases below.

Customers in the EU, UK and Ireland

You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, at checkout you are asked to expressly agree that delivery starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose this right to cancel once the download is made available. We confirm this in your order confirmation email. If you have not given that consent, you keep your 14-day right to cancel.

When we will always help

• The file is damaged, won't open or is incomplete.
• You never received your download.
• The product is materially different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

In these cases we will send you a working file or, if we can't fix the problem, give you a full refund.

Australia and New Zealand

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How to ask for help

Email us at store.littlewins@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
